Agreement to these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of interstatekitchens.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Interstate Custom Kitchen & Bath, Inc. ("Interstate," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site describes our kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, cabinet refacing, and custom countertop services, shows examples of our work, and gives you ways to contact us, request a quote, or apply for a job. The Site is for general information. Nothing on it is a binding offer to perform work at a particular price.

Quotes, estimates, and project agreements

Requesting a quote through the Site is free and creates no obligation on your part or ours. Any pricing we discuss before a written agreement is an estimate based on the information available at the time.

Remodeling work is performed only under a separate, signed project agreement that sets out the scope, materials, price, schedule, payment terms, and warranties for that project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project.

Any promotions mentioned on the Site or in our showroom are subject to their own stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit forms with false information, or on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• Upload files that are unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to bypass the Site's spam protection, probe or overload its infrastructure, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• Copy, scrape, or republish the Site's photographs or content except as allowed under Content and intellectual property.

Forms and submissions

When you submit a contact request, quote request, or job application, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Photos and resumes you upload are stored privately and used only to review your request, as described in our privacy policy. You keep ownership of anything you upload; you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you and, if you hire us, for planning your project.

Submitting a job application does not create an employment relationship. We will contact applicants we would like to speak with.

Content and intellectual property

The Site's text, photographs, logos, design, and layout belong to Interstate or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The photographs on the Site are of real projects we designed and built for our clients.

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our photographs, logo, or content for commercial purposes without our written permission. "Interstate Custom Kitchen & Bath" and "Customers First. Friends For Life." are marks of Interstate Custom Kitchen & Bath, Inc..

Reviews and testimonials

The reviews and testimonials on the Site are from real clients and are quoted from public review platforms such as Google, or provided to us directly. Some are trimmed for length without changing their meaning. They describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of a particular result for your project.

Third-party sites and services

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, GuildQuality, and the Better Business Bureau, and uses Cloudflare for hosting, form protection, and file storage. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Material descriptions, colors, and photographs are for illustration; actual materials can vary. Warranties for remodeling work are set out in your project agreement, not on the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interstate and its owners, employees, and trade partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability under a signed project agreement or under Massachusetts and Connecticut consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about remodeling work are governed by the dispute provisions of the applicable project agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
