We present a preliminary layout and a three-column budget scenario that shows where there is flexibility, so you set the price point.
Shopping appointments to choose tile, vanity, fixtures, and lighting, a site assessment of the plumbing and electrical, and an itemized project agreement with detailed drawings.
Final measure, then demo, rough-in, tile, install, and finish on the written schedule. We walk the finished room with you before we call it done.
